Before you write
Question about an order you have placed
Include the order number from your confirmation email. That alone usually saves a round trip.
Question about whether something will fit
Tell us what you are fitting it to. Measurements are more useful to us than model names.
Something arrived damaged
Send a photo with your first message. We can act on a photo immediately; without one we have to ask for it.
Wholesale or bulk enquiry
Email is best, with quantities and the delivery ZIP code.
We do not use your contact details for anything other than answering you and fulfilling orders. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.
